Delivery

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation e-mail. If you have any further questions about your package, you can also contact us via the e-mail address [email protected]

Under "Your addresses" in your customer account, you can modify your delivery and billing addresses or add new ones.

We ship your order with DHL. An order via the Ledlenser webshop can only be processed with a delivery and billing address in Germany. Ledlenser delivers your order from its central warehouse in Solingen. It is not possible to pick up the goods at the company headquarters.

A delivery to a DHL packing station is possible, please provide the necessary information for this during "shipping". For a Paypal payment, please check the therefore transmitted packing station and shipping data, often these must be corrected again.

Orders

If you have already placed the order, the delivery address cannot be changed later. Depending on whether the order can still be cancelled in your customer account, you have various options:

The order can still be cancelled: If the option "Cancel order" is still visible in your orders, please cancel the order. The purchase amount will be refunded to you immediately and you can then order the items again. You can correct your address either when completing the new order or beforehand in your customer account under "Your addresses".

The order can no longer be cancelled: If the option "Cancel order" is no longer displayed in your customer account, your package has already been prepared for dispatch. Please do not worry: If your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days - just like a normal return.

To ensure that your items reach you, please place a new order at the correct address. Unfortunately, we have no way to redirect a package to another address.

A copy oft he invoice is available when the order has been shipped. If you have ordered recently, the order will only be visible once it is on ist way to you.

Our shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of 80€. For deliveries below this value, shipping costs of 5,90€ will be charged for deliveries within Germany.

Returns

You have the opportunity to claim a parcel label for the return via the service form on our website and thus return the ordered goods free of charge for you. Simply stick this voucher on the package and bring it to a DHL shipping station. After we have received the goods, you will get your money back. If you do not make use of this option, you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. Engraved items are excluded from exchange!

After we receive your return, we check which items have been returned - only then do we confirm receipt of the return by email. Therefore, it can take up to 14 days before you receive a confirmation of your return with all the details of your refund.

To receive a return label, please contact our customer service via the support form in your customer account or the regular service form if you ordered as a guest.

The purchase amount will be credited within 14 days after you have handed over your return to our shipping partner.

You can drop your return at any DHL store or DHL packing station.

Returns are free of charge.

Payments

We offer you a number of popular payment options in our online store: PayPal, Klarna (credit card, invoice and others).

When paying by credit card, the card will only be charged when the goods leave our warehouse. We accept payments in Euro only.

Ledlenser appears as the billing party on the statement.

Yes the payment pages and the entire store site is secured with the latest SSL encryption technology. You can recognize this by the "lock symbol" in your browser as well as by the corresponding logos of the system providers.

Discount Code

You can redeem your discount code in the last step of your order. Before you complete your purchase, you will see a summary of your order. There you will also see a field for vouchers and discount codes where you can enter your discount code. If the voucher conditions are met, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order.

If your discount code does not redeem during checkout, please check the following:

  • Have you left a space? Please make sure that no spaces are entered in the field.
  • Has the validity period expired? Discount codes have a limited validity period.
  • Has the minimum order value been reached? Discount codes may have a minimum order value.
  • Have you combined multiple discount codes? Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • Is the discount code tied to specific products? Our discount codes may be tied to specific products, campaigns or categories.
  • My Account

    To reset your password, you just need to click on 'forgotten password' when logging in. Enter the email address you use for your Ledlenser account and click send. You'll receive an email with a password reset link in it (please note: this email may take a couple of hours to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder).

    You can change the address for future orders in the customer account under Addresses.

    As a user, you have the option of cancelling your registration at any time. You can have the data stored about you changed at any time. To do so, please send us an email with the email address used for registration via the contact form on our website. We will then verify your request by contacting you, after which, if the verification is positive, the data will be deleted or amended. If the data is required for the fulfilment of a contract, premature deletion of the data is only possible insofar as contractual or legal obligations do not prevent deletion.
