LED work light with magnet for a strong hold at work

With a magnetic torch, your workshop lamp can be easily hung or mounted almost anywhere in no time at all thanks to the hook, magnetic feet and folding mechanism. Whether in the workshop, on the construction site or in the hobby room - attach your work lamp with magnetic holder wherever you need it most.

Our tip: Are you looking for a flexible and handy work light that you can easily transport anywhere and attach to magnetic objects? Ledlenser offers a range of rechargeable work lights with magnets that can be recharged via a charging cable. This means you are not dependent on power sockets in the workshop or on construction sites and can continue working even in the event of a power failure. You can find more information on this in our rechargeable work lights with magnet.

The perfect light source for all situations

Thanks to integrated magnets and, on some models, a swivelling base, the LED magnetic work lights can be flexibly positioned and aligned at any time. But that's not all. If you use a work light with a magnetic holder as an inspection light, for example, a flickering LED light can be quite annoying. For this reason, many of our LED work lights with magnets are flicker-free.

Good to know: All Ledlenser LED work lights with magnets feature the latest LED technology. For you, this means: high luminosity with low power consumption. This is because LEDs use around 90 % less wattage than conventional light bulbs with the same amount of lumen. If you would like more information about the technology used in Ledlenser lights, you should take a look at our Smart Light Technology guide.

Why you should opt for an LED work light with magnet

A magnetic work light can be a practical helper, especially if you want to have your hands free and the use of a headlamp is out of the question. You can attach your LED work light to all ferromagnetic metals with the help of a magnet. These include iron, cobalt, steel, nickel and manganese.

For use at work, however, your magnetic LED work light should also have other advantages. To save you a long search, we have listed all the important features and functions that a magnetic work light should have:

  • Robust housing: a robust construction of the lamp is crucial to ensure that the light does not become inoperable after a few uses. Ideally, work lights should be able to withstand falls from a height of up to two metres without any problems.

  • Dust and waterproof: The plastic housing of an LED work light with magnet for tradesmen, mechatronics engineers or for use on construction sites should also be easy to clean of dust and oil residues.

  • Adjustable light range: With a zoom function, the work light can illuminate both distant and close-up areas. An additional advantage is a swivelling or rotatable light head. A swivelling head can be used to illuminate work areas even better and make work easier.

  • Adjusting the light intensity: Sometimes you need a lamp with high power and sometimes you need a lamp with low brightness. However, this does not mean that you have to buy a different LED work light with magnet for every situation. Many of our LED work lights are dimmable and can therefore be used in a variety of ways. The additional side light on some models provides even better illumination of the surroundings. Ledlenser lamps also impress with various light modes.

  • Low power consumption: Compared to conventional light bulbs, LEDs only consume around 10 % less energy with the same lumen output. This guarantees several hours of runtime.

Our tip: Do you already have a Ledlenser work light but it has neither a magnetic mount nor a swivelling base? With our Magnetic Mount, you can turn almost any torch into one with a magnet. This means you can attach your light to almost any object.
