- Please fill out the service goods accompanying note completely.
- The company name and your customer number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- We cannot offer support for products that were not purchased directly from us. (Exception: deliveries via our branches in Switzerland, Poland, and Italy)
- In the case of imported goods, we ask you to contact your intermediary or foreign supplier directly.
- As a retailer, you are legally obliged to accept customer complaints directly. Simply forward these returned goods to us with the completed service goods accompanying note.
