PROGRESS REPORT

The Progress Report 2025 shows where Ledlenser stands today and the progress we have made since 2023. It focuses on tangible developments – from the use of recycled aluminium and the reduction of our greenhouse gas emissions to packaging, renewable energy and our social commitment.
 
At the same time, the report highlights where further work lies ahead. Scope 3 emissions, in particular, still account for the largest share of our carbon footprint. This is an area where we will continue to make consistent progress in the years ahead.

FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE

PACKAGING FURTHER DEVELOPED

In 2025, 96% of our packaging materials in Germany were paper-based. These include FSC® Mix-certified materials and grass-based cardboard. We are also optimising packaging sizes to make transportation more efficient.

RENEWABLE ENERGY

98% of the electricity used at our sites worldwide comes from renewable sources. Our production facility in China and our headquarters in Solingen are powered entirely by renewable electricity – supported in part by on-site photovoltaic systems.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT

In 2025, Ledlenser donated 2,439 products and €30,000 to non-profit initiatives supporting humanitarian aid, research, nature conservation, education and disaster preparedness.

MATERIAL CHOICES

In 2025, we incorporated recycled aluminium into the P-Series for the first time. Today, 52% of the aluminium we use is recycled. This could reduce emissions to below 0.9 million kg CO₂e by 2028.*
