Our shipping is free of charge from a purchase value of 100€. For deliveries below this value, shipping costs of 5,90€ will be charged for deliveries within Germany and  Austria. Returns are free of charge.

Ledlenser sells LED lamps (flashlights, headlamps, lanterns) for end and professional users as well as accessories and spare parts through this online store. The prices listed in the webshop are end user prices and include VAT.

We ship your order with DHL. An order via the Ledlenser webshop can only be processed with a delivery and billing address in Germany and Austria. Ledlenser delivers your order from its central warehouse in Solingen. It is not possible to pick up the goods at the company headquarters.

As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. With the shipment number in it, you can track the shipment at any time. To do this, you must log in to your shopping profile. However, you will be informed about the shipping time before the purchase. Normally, the delivery time is 3-5 business days, but this is doubled for orders with engraved products. Orders to Austria currently take about 7 days. For products with high demand, it may take longer. However, you will be informed about this before the purchase. We do not offer express shipping.

A delivery to a DHL packing station is possible, please provide the necessary information for this during "shipping". For a Paypal payment, please check the therefore transmitted packing station and shipping data, often these must be corrected again. 

You have the opportunity to print a parcel label for the return via our website and thus return the ordered goods free of charge for you. Please use the "return process" in your store account. For this you have to log in and create a return voucher. Simply stick this voucher on the package and bring it to a DHL shipping station. After we have received the goods, you will get your money back. If you do not make use of this option, you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods yourself. Engraved items are excluded from exchange!

When paying by credit card, the card will only be charged when the goods leave our warehouse. We accept payments in Euro only.
